Processing Time
Each adaptive tool is 3D printed and finished to order. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after purchase. During busy periods or when fulfilling large custom requests, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Rates & Options
We offer flat‑rate shipping across the United States based on order weight and destination:

• Orders under 8 oz: $4.50 USPS First‑Class Package

• Orders 8 oz to 1 lb: $6.95 USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail

• Orders over $75: Free standard shipping (U.S. only)

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout. All orders include tracking information, sent via email once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

• U.S. domestic orders: 3–7 business days after shipment

• International orders: 7–21 business days depending on destination and local customs processing times
